Research agency for fundraising and comms insights–recommendations please

I’m currently working with a charity that are looking at some research to help them understand their supporters and potential supporters.
They are looking for an agency or agencies that can support with providing advice, undertaking external research within their catchment area, surveying existing supporters, database profiling of their supporter database.
I was wondering if you were aware of any agencies that might be able to help with some or all of this work?
