Rewarding volunteers

Im proposing to set up a Volunteer of the month reward. Any suggestions on what they get, how I manage it and also how I do not disappoint so many others who also deserve something.
My proposal is to do a live feed on facebook explaining the new reward scheme, announce this months winner and reward them with a free singing rehearsal and a Costa Coffee voucher. We are a community based charity the volunteers are members of our community choirs in Essex/Suffolk/London/Kent/Midlands.
They volunteer at concerts sourcing and serving refreshments, sourcing raffle prizes, and generally raising funds thru sponsored walks, fun days, arts and crafts etc.
