Self isolating - donations continuing to move online

Hello all,
I've been interested in the long-term implications of the practises being put into place now due to C19, for example, might we get into the habit of not shaking hands, will video conferencing become accepted in organisations that were sceptical etc. There are undoubtedly going to be some cultural changes... more than just increased hand washing!
With this in mind, it seems sensible for us all to be focussing on our online giving and general digital supporter experience. Less buckets being rattled, physical/community events being cancelled, will inevitable continue to increase the importance of getting digital fundraising right (i.e. it's not just about having a donate button!)
Who has been thinking about what steps they can take to improve their online fundraising?
