Hi,
We are planning a sponsored walk in London later in the year.
We have public liability insurance and we are planning to stay on public land - so shouldn't need a licence. We are not planning to close any roads etc. We wont be providing food, entertainment etc - just the route and the sponsorship forms etc.
Is there a number of people walking where we should really contact the local council and speak about our plans? I can't get a feel for if this number is 50, 500 or 5,000. Any ideas? Likely that we will have between 50 & 100 people.
Any other considerations of what we should have in place?
