Starting out in Fundraising/partnerships for not for profit CIC

I work for a not for profit CIC, membership funded. We would like to increase revenue. I would like to know where i can learn how to bring fundraising into the organisation. Where do i start? Also are partnerships a part of this? How do i start this? Any courses or direction would be helpful. I have no experience.
