Hi
I am interested in how other charities have navigated their telemarketing agency using over 500+ numbers to call from and making over 7 attempts to contact supporters
My gut feeling and my principles tell me that this does practice does not really epitomise the 'transparency and making it easy to opt out' of marketing calls but the agency assure me it is to avoid spam marking.
What is your take on this?
