Hello, I've recently moved from a mid-size regional charity to a very small local one as secretary to the trustees (amongst other roles). In the past I've always maintained a list of contact details for trustees - home address, personal email, mobile number etc but at the new place they only have a mobile number.

Is there any reason why we should have other details or is there no mandatory requirements to retain these? I've looked through the Charity Commission guidance and can't find an answer.
