I'd be really interested to hear from other charities using DotDigital through Charity Digital.
We're currently using the default sending email address provided with the platform rather than a dedicated subdomain. One of our concerns is that the email address looks a little unusual and recipients may mistake our emails for spam.
If you're using the default setup, I'd love to know what your experience has been. Have you encountered any issues with engagement, deliverability, or supporter trust?
Equally, if you've decided to purchase and use your own subdomain, what drove that decision and how easy was the setup process?
