What are the best websites for online auctions?

Hi everyone, we have a couple of amazing prizes that we would like to open up to the rest of the UK. What would you say is one of the best websites to host an auction? Looking for exceptional rates and preferably one that we don't have to pay if we don't reach our target. Do any exist that use their own mailing lists? Thanks
