What's the best way we can raise awareness of our social enterprise's services for charities, without being sales-y?

Hi all,
In our research charities have reported negative experiences of dealing with mobile network suppliers, particularly in their experience of trying to secure phones and contracts on their organisation's behalf - it can be a long, expensive, confusing and drawn-out process with little support - especially if you're a smaller grassroots organisation.
Our social enterprise, GoodCall, was established to tackle this problem - with the mission to help non-profits access the lowest cost and highest quality mobile phones. We offer a completely free, no-obligation analysis of your organisation's current usage to help you get the best possible tariff. We also offer sustainable employment opportunities to those who may be furthest from the labour market.
I'm doing a bit of research - and I thought the best way to find out would be to engage with people who know the day-to-day workings of charities best. How would you like to be communicated with by a service offered by a fellow non-profit that is solely for charities? What would put you off right away? Is cold-contacting a big no-no for you? My first instinct is to avoid being overly sales-y and instead focus on creating helpful content, how-tos and guides that help people become aware of what we do instead.
If you have any ideas I would be delighted to hear them!
Sally
