This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
Hi and happy new year! I'm a sole UK worker for an overseas charity. I've been asked to expand my team of one (and two student volunteers).
Apart from total figures, I do not have a breakdown of previous year's income to guide me to the strongest income stream to recruit for. But maybe that doesn't matter. In your opinion, where should I start? My area is trusts and high net worth individuals. So should I be looking to legacies? Corporates? Events? Or someplace else?
I'd really value your thoughts. Thanks so much.
