Hi all, I wanted to ask this question because the term "digital" is so wide-ranging and yet we hear it discussed on a daily basis. It can be hard to pin-point exactly what "digital" means and my suspicion is that we would each define it slightly differently.
The main reason for my post, I must confess, is that I'm currently writing a book on the subject (you can find out more about that here). I work at the cross-section of digital and third sector, so this topic interests me greatly.
I'll start: the aspect of digital that I struggle with the most is social media. Specifically, feeling the need to always be there is quite a pressure I'm sure that others will empathise with. The idea that you need to engage consistently is a little anxiety-provoking, and that if you slow down you'll lose followers or miss opportunities. It's one of the few business functions that I feel I fall short with, and if I could delegate it away I would (but then you have the additional anxiety of it not being personal!).
What causes you problems?
