One of my favourite things to listen to when I fancy something calming is Desert Island Discs. Have you ever listened to Nile Rodger's one? It's BRILLIANT! I also love Malory Blackman's one, make sure you give it a go. Which one's your favourite?
For today's Friday Funday, let's play our very own game of Desert Island Discs. With three tracks instead of 8, because, let's face it - this game can be pretty tricky!
You're going to be stranded on a desert island. Which three tracks, one book and one luxury are you bringing with you?
I'll kick things off.
Song 1 - At Your Best (You Are Love) by Aaliyah. This is one of my favourite songs ever and reminds me of lovely times 💖.
Song 2 - I'm Every Woman by Chaka Khan. When I need a little bit of female empowerment to kick some ass on the island!
Song 3 - Lyk U Use 2 by Moody Man. For all the funky disco island vibes and when I fancy a boogie!
A book - The God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy. If you've read this book I feel that it needs no explanation 😍
A luxury - A dog! Like the one in the picture ideally. So I won't get too lonely and I'm sure he'd come in pretty handy too.
