Dear All,
We have recently started a grass roots homeless publication, preoccupied with dissemination of information relating all matters homeless.  These type of publications crop up from time to time and place to place but in all truth and honesty are very few and far between.  As such when there is one on the Horizon a piranha effect arises amongst true homeless supporters - and ALL - anyone and everyone bites your hands off for any information you have gathered and are disseminating on your grass roots journey.
Grass roots means written by those effected: not support staff written, but written - in our case - by homeless, for homeless.
This is so rare, this is hardly ever.
For this reason supporting Our Publication - we are led to believe - has become obligatory as it had been decided ALL homeless people ought to have one or have access to one, like read it online etc.
This has associated costs of printing, posting, storing all of these as well as online space - these are in the hundreds or low thousands compared to the £billions of Social Conscience 'Bill' of
  •  cost of confusion,
  • cost of life force,
  • cost of infection,
  • cost of even reproduction matters
  • as well as Service Completion for all sorts British, Civil Liberties & Public Health.
Printing cost may not be the reason for not availing information otherwise freely flowing to those who need that information.  The only types of reason for not availing necessary information for those who need it, may be those in the category of 'he is not saying' 'nobody is willing to dedicate the effort to write it all down' etc.
Grass roots info is hard to get for these reasons, not because support structures did not have £2-5000 each quarter to alleviate the confusion of some 200+ homeless and ex-homeless people in Bristol and thousands beyond.  (that's about £0.30 per homeless person per month - ! It's ten pence a day/ a head! - you cannot get lower in cost than this at the same time as higher in disseminating information about true glory.
Yet we face this predicament today.

Please respond with your comments and thoughts,
Also, Is there somebody out there who just simply would love to run with this? It is up and running, the third issue is halfway to  being formulated and homeless are loving it.
