Advice needed to setup Orphanage abroad; Kashmir and Morocco

Hi,
We are a UK based charity that will be self funded and the aim is to set up an orphanage abroad in Kashmir and Morocco this year.
We will be doing Gambia the following year.
I wanted to ask what is the process, I am pretty much scratching my head, I need real advice from someone who has done something similar abroad with costing if they have it.
it will be around 20 to 40 children depending on various factors; capital, need etc.
