Advice on how to fill roles in newly formed group

Hi, We are a newly formed Community energy group.
We need some help filling key roles to progress, accountancy and social media being 2 areas we are struggling. We have several sites identified and a couple of NDA's in place where we are confident installations will commence later in 2024/25.
