I'm opening a new charity I have completed a research project to determine that there is a desperate need for this service.
I'm looking for advice around how I can pay wages. One member is on the committee and therefore to my knowledge he cannot be paid wages.
If that is the case then how do I change it? The committee rules cannot be changed, I would never agree to that.
Any advice would be appreciated.
