With Directors having to verify ID for Companies House, I am finding it hard to get them to go through the online process before having to upload our confirmation statement.
One in particular is not responding to requests to do this. Any reference to termination of member/trustee in the Articles don't relate to this, or would require resolutions that go beyond the date we need to upload our confirmation statement.
Can anyone advise on how to resolve this?
