Any charities out there using Quickbooks Online?

Lara Blake Treasurer at VAEF Posted 4 years ago

Hi, we've recently moved over from the desktop version to online and are now looking at the reporting in QBO.  What I can't seem to find is a report that will give me actuals (financial activities) against budget, by class.  I can get actuals v budget, but not broken down by the different classes/projects, thus not reporting the difference between restricted and unrestricted funds.  Can someone please tell me I've just missed the report somehow (though I have spent much time looking through the customise buttons).  I'm wondering if it's simply that I don't have high enough user access (I'm the treasurer, the Finance Officer is the main user).
Any advise is much appreciated!
