I run a drama school over the North of England and find that , probably due to the financial climate, most of the students are from a very middle class background. As a consequence  I"m forming a CIC and want to attract pupils from a socially challenged background  who think, wrongly, that they need to attend a 3 year University course to have any chance of achieving their dreams. We want to provide them with free classes in evenings and weekends, allowing them to stay in employment , whilst they meet the challenges of how to become a TV or Film actor.

To achieve this, it needs funding  so I need a good bid writer who would probably  be happy to work  on a percentage basis.

Anyone come to mind?
