Does on here have experience of buying a building for their organisation and would be be happy to have a chat with me?
Our landlord (a national charity) is considering selling the building we occupy (at market rate/highest offer they can get). The building is registered as an asset of community value. Any advice would be appreciated. We have two years to raise the money. We have invested a lot of money into the venue already.
