Carer's Leave, Dependents Leave and Emergency Leave Policies

Hi all,
We are reviewing some further family leave policies and wondered if anyone offers anything beyond the statutory for Carer's leave, Dependents leave or Emergency leave.
It would be really interesting to see how different organisations have approached this.
