Why Impact?
Charities face increasing calls for transparency and clear outcomes from funders and the general public. It has never been more crucial for charities to improve how they measure, report and convey their impact.

A theory of change starts by looking at the changes you want to achieve in your charity and then working through the activities and resources you would need to deliver those changes. You can then measure whether you are achieving them. It's a great, practical alternative to long narrative strategies.
