We have been using BeApplied as our applications tracking system for over a year, all good but due to budget we can't continue with it. Can anyone recommend any free simile platforms, or advise on how you do shortlisting, going away from collecting CVs and cover letters? We thought about MS forms but that only give a database of candidates with answers but scoring system need to be created:(
