Hello, 

I would like to understand if a charity contracts a consultant overseas, is it legal for that consultant to also represent the organisation in conferences and collectives and attend team convenings in the duration that they are contracted or that would be legally dubious? Also if anyone can direct me to a site where I can read legalities around hiring a consultant please?
