Christmas/end of year meal recommendations

Hello,
We are a small membership charity with 5 hard-working staff and 9 volunteer trustees. We would like to organise a get together/meal for staff and trustees to celebrate the end of the year.
Does anyone do anything similar, and what is your budget. We clearly do not want to be spending huge amounts and are mindful of the fact we are a membership organisation. However, we want to thank the staff and volunteers for their commitment across the year.
