Commissioners' opinion of the Charity Excellence Framework Quality mark?

Hi, we are thinking of changing from the ISO 9001 quality standard to the Charity Excellence Framework Quality Mark, as it seems to be a better 'fit' and is free!

My main concern is whether it will carry the same weight as an externally assessed/ paid quality standard in the eyes of Local Authority commissioners, as we have several sub-contracts with these. Just wondering what others' experiences are?
