Using AI in your charity - especially to increase engagement and accessibility?

IT

What use do you make of AI? Apart from the obvious help with writing of various types and for research, it seems to have many benefits in improving services and accessibility for beneficiaries and members. I'm working on a few projects to do with digital inclusion - horrid term but common. It strikes me that people who don't use tech are the last people who will attend training sessions however kindly meant and well done - because they don't see the point, the benefit to them. So we're promoting how AI can improve your vision, hearing and mobility especially as you get older - and the older age group and those who are "disabled" in some way are those most likely (not exclusively) are those most likely to need that kind of advice. If we can show how they can make better use of their phones to help them, for example, we might just engage them.  Some people don't even know they can put subtitles on their TV.  What do you think?  Can you add to our collection of useful ways to help people with their sight and hearing via IT, in particular?  Help and insight appreciated.
