We're currently exploring options for CRMs as a charity that offers support services to survivors of sexual abuse and I was wondering what others in the sector are using and how they're getting on with it.

The CRM we're using at the moment is great in terms of inputting data, seeing which services clients are under/have been referred into, and attaching documents to case notes, plus the client ID feature is ideal for keeping data anonymised; but our main issues are software stability as it will sometimes go down for hours leaving counsellors and ISVAs unable to access client info for appointments; pulling attachments from notes for SARs/notes requests has to be done individually for each session (which is tedious to say the least!); and reporting features aren't well-optimised for our needs.

So far, we've looked into Plinth and will be looking into Lamplight — I'm interested to hear what others' experiences are with these software as well.
