Hi everyone, 

We have been using etapestry / Blackbaud CRM system for a few years, primarily to manage our donors, identify big givers and send out appeals, newsletters, etc. We are not finding the database very easy to use and the newsletter function is quite clunky - and this is after having had a tailored training day for the team who use it. We're currently spending approx £300 a month and not getting much value. A colleague has worked with Raiser's Edge in the past and loves it but it is an expensive option for a tiny charity like ours (4k database, 300k income). 

I wondered whether anyone had any other recommendations for a smart, intuitive CRM system for a small charity? Thanks very much.
