I am Chantal and I recently set up Event Cycle, a company that repurposes and redistributes leftover event items to charities, community groups and social enterprises for free!
We have so many things leftover when our client's events are finished and have already repurposed the following items to charities in the past few months.
➡ Insulation, scaffolding, painted guttering, whiteboards, stationery, lockers, theatre sets, timber, chipboard, staging, lights, armchairs, archery bosses, footballs, fabric, superdry jackets, polos shirts, sofas, rugs, cushions and plants to name but a few.
items tend to have only been used for a short amount of time.
How do I sign up? For not-for-profits, the process is easy. Go to the website, sign up and tell us who you are, where you're located and what you need. We will send then send out email alerts when the items you have requested are in your area. Collection is preferable but we can and have done deliveries if it works with our logistics runs and budgets.
There is also an option to update your requests whenever you like so you can keep us up to date if your needs change.
