So, been looking at the welfare to work industry ( been on it for a number of years) and am keen to get as many views as possible on how you guys engage with medium to large employers (if you do). Also keen to hear about your experiences good and bad with regards to working with welfare to work organisations.
Just a few starter questions below but please feel free to make any comments you see fit. I'm not on here often but will try to respond in a timely manner. Thank you in advance. Clive
How engaged are charities with those large welfare to work companies when it comes helping the people you support into work.
Do you have the resource/inclination to do employer engagement work with medium and large companies.
If there was a way to engage with these major employers which didn't cost you anything and meant you could access their vacancies would you want to do it( sorry if that sounds leading it's not meant to)
