We are a small to medium-sized animal rescue charity looking to switch from Icaris to either Donorfy or thankQ from Access. Does anyone have experience with either or both that might help inform our decision? Our main limitations are cost and lack of technical expertise within the organisation so we will need good support for data migration and integration.  Our concern about Donorfy is that it seems very much an out-of-the-box product which may not interface with our animal management/vet system which is also being replaced after the CRM and which we may not have the technical savvy to adapt to our organisation without expensive third-party support. Our main concern about thankQ is their inability to provide ongoing support costs and the lack of client testimonials.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If anyone from animal rescue has any thoughts about choosing the best CRM I would love to hear those.
