As a #dyslexic I am keen to hear from people in #charity #recruitment and #candidates of how with increased competition a fairer and more inclusive process can be employed in the exploration for the best candidate. Surely there is a better way of presenting and representing your career then 4-5 pages of text (2-3 for a CV and 2 for Cover Letter). Is this where agencies can earn their stripes or are they in the sales game where the client is king?
