Hi All. 

I am looking for suggestions of places I could approach for a salary grant. The charity I work at have not had a paid staff member since it was established 23 years ago. However, in recent years we have struggled to fundraise enough to cover overheads. Because of this, we are looking to get a salary for a full time fundraiser, and possibly a media/marketing person too.

Does anyone know good trusts, charities, people etc I could approach that have given grants for salaries in the past? Even if just in part. We are a conservation/research charity for marine mammals off the Scottish East coast, who also works to educate the public about these animals.
