Hi,

I've been working at a hospital charity in Northampton for nearly two years as an Individual Giving Lead. Previously, I've worked in fundraising/supporter care, so this is a new area for me. 

I've so far successfullly sent out various mailings, and have created emails via Mailchimp for our regular givers. However, one thing I'm struggling with is being able to put a plan in place for the financial year. There are so many elements to an individual giving program so I find it quite overwhelming and don't know the best way to map everything out. 

I also need to start planning out the supporter journeys for donors who make general donations, and I'm currently in the process of scoping out regular giver packs.

If anyone has any tips on how to plan better in role, I'm all ears! I'm enjoying it, but finding it all a bit overwhelming and don't quite know where to start. Also, if anyone has any recommendations of alternatives to Mailchimp, that don't cost the earth that would be great!
