GDPR question - Transferring data from one email provider to another

Hi all, I have a question surrounding email providers for newsletters and other marketing. Can anyone point me in the direction of guidance around changing email providers (i.e. from Dotmailer to Mailchimp or vice versa). If I have consent to send emails, do I need to reconfirm consent as I move data to a new provider? Or is the consent to be contacted all that is required?
