Hi there - is there any guidance anyone can provide on the reasons to provide Trustees with business email accounts? It seems best practice to me to reduce risk around sensitive information that is being circulated confidentially but guessing there may be cybersecurity risks too. Given we are regularly circulating papers relating to our people, finance, safeguarding etc, then any steer would be appreciated.
