Hi everyone,
I noticed that although my organisation's website engagement has increased, traffic has decreased. I suspect the AI overviews following a google search, plus the increased use of tools such as Chat GPT and Copilot, has contributed to lower traffic.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any charities or organisations who have written guidance or provides any information on generative engine optimisation (GEO)? For those that don't know, this is basically like SEO, but works more for AI-driven search engines.
There are quite a few things when I do a quick google search, but being part of a charity organisation, I was looking for guidance from that kind of angle.
I haven't seen the usual digital charity organisations say anything or discuss this topic.
