This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
We are a small charity with 20 staff. We are considering ditching our office and becoming fully remote working but with some desk space available at various local orgs. Has anyone done this? Did it work for staff not having a central base? I appreciate this is a huge undertaking so not answerable in one reply but any thoughts would be appreciated
