CharityConnect: Help to grow my engagement business in the charity sector - seeking advice
Hi, I am a Fellow and chartered marketer of The CIM. I have worked in a whole range of sectors in marketing agencies and also in-house, including housing associations, as well as volunteered at trustee and mentor level for at-risk Youth support, mental health counselling and neurodivergent and maginalised candidates employment charities, The Princes Trust and The CIM and am a STEM ambassador.
I have several brands, Engage & Prosper, employee engagement, a Nettl studio, which is a website, design and marketing agency, essentially I have a 'bring the inside out and the outside in' approach to communications and moving hearts and minds through effective engagement.
I have a passion for helping companies attract, engage and retain staff and helping to develop leaders and teams through neuroscience based coaching for resilience, high performance and creating collaborative company cultures.
What are charities most likely to outsource and need help with on a brand, vision, culture and marketing front or engagement of stakeholders internally or externally?
With thanks
Sharon Kennedy
