Help with Charity Commission/Companies House for appointment of new trustee.

Hello,
We are a small charity providing integrative therapies in hospitals to support children and adults with life changing diagnoses.
Our solicitors have greatly increased their fees to complete the necessary documentation to appoint a trustee which we just cannot sustain.
Would there be someone from a law firm willing to offer help probono or with legal experience with Chatities Commission and Companies House, who could help please?
