We use Raiser's Edge NXT for direct marketing comms, but our fundraising team constantly disagree with us over fundamentals like segmentation because they say it negatively impacts their stewardship.Â
How can we win them over without contracting an agency to help us? Has anyone done anything they can share to improve campaign metrics and also improve stewardship, a win-win scenario?
