I am in the process of compiling my fundraising income and exp budgets for 2023. I would be grateful if anyone could tell me how they forecast legacy income.  We have never included legacy income to date but as we always receive an income and we have knowledge of legacies that have been granted probate this year I am pretty certain we can allow for them.  I just need to persuade my trustees.
