How are you quantifying 'soft skills' for your grant applications?

Trusts & Grants

Connor Llewellyn Lead Associate at The Skills Builder Partnership Posted 14 days ago

Hi everyone,
I work in the youth and education space, and I’m currently looking into the different ways charities measure and evidence 'soft skills' (like Teamwork, Problem Solving, or Speaking) for their funding bids.
I know from speaking with a few peers that proving tangible progress in these areas can be notoriously difficult when trusts and foundations are increasingly asking for hard, quantitative impact data.
How does everyone here approach this? Are there specific methods, evaluation styles, or tracking methods you find that funders respond best to?
Really keen to hear your experiences and what is currently working for your bids!
Best, Con
