Hi Everyone! I run a small charity that provides Careers and Higher Education outreach and advice to schools in the East Midland. We run lots of panels and events in schools (and now virtually), as well as designing and implementing bespoke projects for individual schools like E Mentoring or Careers drop in sessions with industry professionals.
We've been trying to expand our reach and the amount of schools we work with in recent months, but have had real trouble getting ahold of schools and careers advisers. We very rarely get responses on emails for example.
Does anyone have any suggestions of how we can effectively get in touch with more schools? I totally appreciate that teachers are swamped right now and it's a really difficult time for schools in general, but I know we can add a lot of value to catchup programmes where CAIEG provision is generally left out.
