'Hi, I am the CEO of a small charity based in the South West of England. After reopening the charity due to closing during the lockdown/pandemic period, I have been struggling to raise funds and now in a position where an emergency meeting has been called to discuss potentially closing the charity. I have done as much as I can, applied for hundreds of grants and trust funds, seeking benefactors, written begging letters to local businesses, social media post, etc.

Yet due to increase in energy cost and cost of living, there is a reluctance to support us (and understandably so). Has anyone been in this situation and survived? If so, how? Does anyone know of any emergency funding for charities that are facing closure?'
