Hello everyone,
We've experienced AI bots/people pretending to be someone else completing surveys or forms where payments or vouchers are used as incentives and we’re keen to learn from others’ experiences.
- Have you noticed this happening in your organisation?
- What approaches (if any) are you using to reduce risk while still rewarding participation fairly?
- How are you balancing safeguarding, trust and accessibility?
