Hi All,

I've recently joined CC with the hope of getting some advice. 

A group of us set up a charity about 10 years ago to work on a project, but life got in the way and we never used it, not filed returns. We're thinking of closing it and have been advised by an accountant to consider merging with another charity or company. We have no idea what this entails and he won't provide any further advice without payment. Where do we find interested charities? Is this cheaper or easier than closing down?

Can anyone please give some pointers? Thanks
