Issues with TheGivingMachine

Good morning everyone
My charity is set up with TheGivingMachine, which seemed a good idea at the time of set up. As you'll probably know TheGivingMachine release funds once the balance is above £15. We've reached in excess of this but GivingMachine won't release our money because apparently a service supplier has not paid them.
Has anyone had this, what did you do about it, and was it resolved?
